KACEP Annual Meeting Organizing Committee discussed the 2010 conference name and nominated new organizing committee members at a group meeting in December 26, 2009.
On this day, the KACEP Annual Meeting Organizing Committee decided that the next conference name shall be "2010 Northeast Asia Conference on Kinesiology (in conjunction with the KACEP Annual Meeting, and organizing committee name shall be "Northeast Asia Conference on Kinesiology Organizing Committee (NACKOC)"
Dr. Chul Jung Jung (Sungkyunkwan University) was recommended as the chair of the organizing committee. Dr. Dong Gyu Lee (Seoul National University of Education) was recommended as the senior vice chair. Dr. Jong Sung Park (Myongji University) was recommended as the vice chair of international public relations. Dr. Kwang Hoi Kim (Inha University) was recommended as a vice chair of national public relations. Dr. Young Jun Kim (Dong-A University), Dr. Ki-Jin Kim (Keimyung University), Dr. Sung Shik Koh (Chungju National University), Dr. Dong Hee Kim (Chonnam National University), and Dr. Jeong-Ryong Chae (Chonbuk National University) were recommended as the organizing committee.
Dr. Hong Ki Kim (Yongin University) was appointed as the academic division chair. Dr. Woo-Won, Kim (Kyungwon University) was appointed as the education division chair. Dr. Kwang Suk Cha (Konkuk University) was appointed as the assesment division chair. Dr. Deog Jo Jung (Seowon University) was appointed as the public relations/publishing division chair, and Dr. Ki Hong Kim (Hanseo University) was appointed as the exhibition division chair.
we decided to invite presidents of academic institutions to the conference to be on the academic advisor committee.

In addition, we are contacting presidents of division academic institutions of the Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education division such as Korean Society of Adapted Physical Activity and Excercise, the Korean Society of Sport and Leisure Studies, and the Korean Society of Growth and Development. We are planning to invite each regional chapter and presidents (or heads) of organizations related to physical education to the conference.
We are planning to invite the presidents of Korean Olympic Committee, the Korea Council of Sport for All, the Korean Anti-Doping Agency, the Korean Foundation for the Next Generation Sports Talent, the president of Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance, the heads of institutions related to physical education, university presidents, authorities in exercise, health education, and academic field, and elders in exercise as advisors.
