Discount of Group Registartion for 2025 WCKSS:  

 

Participate as a group and enjoy discounted registration fees. Groups must consist of a minimum of 5 members. Members can be affiliated with a society, university, research institute, or other organization. A discount on the registration fee is provided based on the number of participants. ≥ 5 members: discounts of 5% each.

≥ 10 members: discounts of 10% each.

≥ 20 members: discounts of 20% each.

≥ 30 members: discounts of 30% each.

Follow these steps and procedures to register your group:

1. Individual Registration:

Each member of the group, including the group leader/representative, must register individually on the "Individual Registration".

To register online as an individual, please follow the instructions provided above.

Each member must then provide their ID to the group leader/representative.

2. Group Registration and Payment:

During the registration period, the group leader or representative must log into the group registration system and submit a list of all group members.

The group leader or representative will then make a single payment for the entire group's registration fee, using their name for the transaction.

Once the group leader or representative has made the payment, they must share proof of payment with all group members.

3. Individual Payment Confirmation:

Once the group leader or representative has made the payment, each group member (including the leader or representative) must log in to their account using their ID (email). Then, go to the "My Participation Lists" section at the top of the page.

Each member is required to upload proof of the group payment that the leader or representative shared. This step is essential to confirm their registration as part of the paid group.
